I just got off a meeting with the City of Aberdeen Museum Board. Reestablishing the museum is moving very slowly forward. But what I want to tell you all is that the Wehr grader which was used by the City Of Aberdeen, then Malinowski Ranch & finally as a symbol at the Davidson Brothers site — finally donated back tot he City in memory of Bob Davidson — will be saved in the collection an available for future display.
However, there does not appear to be interest in the iron tired Fordson tractor from the Malinowski ranch. The tractor is at a site right next to the old museum. The City wants to wreck the site. Things may move fairly rapidly – don’t quite know yet. The question for you all is — Is there any interest by any family member in obtaining this tractor. It doesn’t run., so I’m talking lawn art.
